HEALTH COACHING
Chew Valley, UK
Too Tired to Think About You? Let's Start There.
Honest, practical health coaching for women who are ready to stop running on empty — without the guilt, the quick fixes, or another list of things to do perfectly.
Does this sound familiar?
Exhausted and running on empty
You're getting through each day, but you're running on fumes. Whether it's broken sleep, a relentless pace, or simply being last on your own list for too long — together we'll find a sustainable, nourishing way of living that genuinely gives you your energy back. No diets, no guilt.
Overwhelmed by the mental load
The to-do list that never ends. The guilt that follows you everywhere. The constant background noise of everything you're supposed to be doing, feeling, saying. We'll work through the weight of it together so you can show up as the woman you actually want to be.
Wondering where you went
Life has a way of quietly burying the person you used to be under the person everyone else needs you to be. We'll create space to rediscover who you are — and build a life that holds both your responsibilities and yourself.

Walk & Talk Sessions
"I go to Nature to be soothed and healed, and to have my senses
put together."
– John Burroughs
One of the biggest things that stops new mums from getting support isn't the cost, or the time — it's simply not having anyone to look after the baby.
Sometimes the best conversations happen when you're moving. Walk & Talk sessions are proper coaching sessions — outside in the Chew Valley countryside, side by side with the fresh air around you.
There's something about walking that loosens the mind, makes it easier to be honest, and puts things in perspective in a way that sitting across a table rarely does.
And when the British weather has other ideas, or getting out just isn't possible — sessions can move online or come to you at home. We always work around your reality, not an idealised version of it.
New mum? Bring the pram.
- 🌿 No childcare needed. Your baby is part of the session — not a problem to be solved.
- 🚶♀️ Movement as medicine. Gentle walking supports post-natal mood, energy, and recovery.
- 🌤️ Fresh air for both of you. Getting outside regularly is one of the simplest things that genuinely helps.
- 💬 Easier to open up. Walking side by side creates a different kind of conversation — less formal, more honest.
- 🏡 Flexible when life intervenes. Bad weather, cluster feeding, recovery days — we can always switch to online or your home.

If you've ever searched 'why am I so exhausted all the time' or 'how do I start feeling like myself again' at an hour when you really should be asleep — hello, kindred spirit.
I work with women who are ready to stop just surviving and start actually living again — to feel energised, like themselves, and genuinely at home in their own bodies. I have a particular passion for supporting women through new motherhood and the post-natal years, but the truth is that feeling depleted, overwhelmed, and a bit lost doesn't belong to any one season of life. My approach blends the practical (nourishment, movement that fits your life, sleep strategies that actually work) with the deeper stuff (what do I actually need? Who am I beyond what everyone else needs from me?). No guilt trips. No pretending kale cures everything. Just honest, gentle support to help you come home to yourself.
I'm a Level 5 qualified Health Coach from the Health Coaches Academy and I've been teaching Comprehensive Pilates for 8 years – so I know a thing or two about helping bodies feel better. But my favourite sessions? Walk & Talk in the gorgeous Chew Valley countryside. There's something magical about untangling life's knots whilst wandering through nature. Fresh air for the lungs, perspective for the soul.

Why Health Coaching?
You know what you should be doing. Drink more water, sleep more, stress less, move your body. The internet's full of it. But knowing and actually doing are two completely different beasts — especially when you're stretched thin, running on empty, or simply not sure where to start.
But here's the thing: knowing what to do and actually doing it are two completely different beasts — especially when you're this tired.
Health coaching gives you something the advice-industrial-complex doesn't: space to be heard. Not judged. Not handed another meal plan that'll last three days. Not told to "just try harder." Actually heard.
This is where you get to explore what healthy even means for you — not some polished, idealised version, but genuinely, sustainably you. How do you want to step into this next version of yourself?
Here's what health coaching actually is:
It's evidence-based behavioural change work. It's about unpicking the old habits that are quietly running the show—the ones that made sense once but now just leave you exhausted, frustrated, and wondering why you can't get it together. And then, with your coach's support, learning how to build new ones that actually stick.
You'll get tailored support on the practical stuff: eating in a way that feels good, moving your body without dread, managing stress before it manages you, setting goals that don't make you want to hide under the duvet. Plus all the other lifestyle bits that matter to you—sleep, boundaries, rediscovering who you are.
What health coaching isn't:
A quick fix.
Real transformation doesn't happen when we're frantically trying to fix ourselves. It happens when we finally stop, take a breath, and start learning how to care for ourselves instead. Gently. Consistently.
What you need to know:
This works, but only if you show up for it. I'll be here—steady, supportive, occasionally gently calling you on your stories—but I can't do the work for you. You've got to commit. To yourself.
